  •   Written Reflection for each event attended

 

Level 2: Engagement – Deepen your knowledge and understanding of diversity by taking chances to learn more about yourself and others

  •   1 Core Curriculum Event (Area I)
  •   Multicultural Competence 202 (Area IX)
  •   1 History, Heritage, Awareness Month Event (Area III)
  •   1 Campus Cultural Event (Area IV)
  •   1 Annual Event (Area V)
  •   1 Theme-week Program Event (Area VI)
  •   1 from Electives (Area X)
  •   Written Reflection for each event attended
  •   Dialogue – Engage someone in a discussion about your MC experience to date.

 

Level 3: Action – Commit to building skills that make a difference

  •   Remaining Core Curriculum Event (Area I)
  •   2 Themed-week Program Events (Area VI)
  •   1 Leadership Conference (Area VII)
  •   1 Community Service Event (Area VIII)
  •   1 from Electives (Area X)
  •   Written Reflection for each event attended
  •   Final Project: Do something that matters by planning or participating in an event that will make a difference and engage others. This project to be approved by the Multicultural Competence Committee.
